Over the past three years since the founding of FAB DAO (Formosa Art Bank), we confidently assert: "Technology cannot change the status quo, but trust can." FAB DAO has utilized various new technologies to support many nonprofit projects, primarily focusing on blockchain, cryptocurrency, and art NFTs. We believe these decentralized tools can strengthen the social network and foster the growth of positive initiatives.

After collaborating with open-minded DAO friends on diverse topics such as environmental education, local revitalization, alternative learning, artistic creation, and charitable actions, we can firmly state that technology alone is insufficient. The advanced tools cannot replace human connections. In the past, educating our partners about NFTs was a huge challenge. The term "education" itself carries a top-down mindset, which we want to avoid. These extra efforts have clarified the essence of technology for us.

Good technology should help us build trust, making us willing to spend time and contribute to projects that align with our values and beliefs. In extreme situations, it should provide us with greater resilience, allowing us to "together" swiftly restore our society. This is the essence of the web3 public sphere, the answer FAB DAO found through decentralized governance.

The concept is simple: we believe the most feasible and pragmatic action is "Togathering." What kind of project done by friends are you willing to join? We need your sincere recommendation. A recommendation is the beginning of a togathering, whether it's for brainstorming, fundraising, or assisting in project, such as creating NFTs to preserve beautiful things.

Thus, we created the "Taiwan HyperAwesome! Guidebook". It is a straightforward webpage where you can sincerely recommend projects, actions, or organizations you love, writing down your reasons with your name. FAB DAO also has a "Green Sofa" team responsible for raising public funds in cryptocurrency from around the world.
